Here is the next edition of the ARC Light Programme. This week sees the return of the not entirely unpopular Shipping Forecast, now with 105% more accuracy. Accompanying this vital public service broadcast is part 2 of In The Shadow Of The Moon (chapter 3) read once again by Theodore Pilkington-Rhubarb. Music is by Charlotte Savigar as always and the Shipping Forecast is written and performed by Frog Morris.
